A better day

I feel much better today. Venting really helps! I had an "alone night" last night. I went to the store and bought a New York Strip Steak and cooked a great supper for myself. Michael had a meeting at church and Lisa and the girls were at the gym. It was very refreshing. And I was glad to see everyone when they came home. Sometimes I just need to be alone, but I enjoy having them there too. I guess I have the best of both worlds. Jason is still not smoking, he said that it was very hard when he had to go pick up Chandler. His ex - wife made him want to smoke and drink too. But he said it was a very good day. I gave him a box of Dad's old tapes. Some music and some books on tape. He said it really helped while he was in the car. Keep praying for him.
